Airport Transfer Policy

At Onyx Limo Service Chicago, we specialize in reliable and professional airport transportation. This Airport Transfer Policy outlines how our pickups, wait times, and procedures work for all airport reservations.


1. Flight Tracking

  • All airport pickups include complimentary flight tracking
  • We monitor your flight in real-time to adjust pickup times for delays or early arrivals
  • You do not need to notify us of flight changes unless your flight number changes

2. Arrival Pickups (Airports)

Standard Pickup

  • Chauffeur will arrive after your flight lands based on tracking
  • Pickup location will be coordinated via phone or text

Meet & Greet Service (Optional)

  • Chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal with a name sign
  • Ideal for business travelers, first-time visitors, or VIP service
  • Additional fees may apply

3. Complimentary Wait Time

For airport arrivals:

  • 30–60 minutes of complimentary wait time is included (depending on service type)
  • Wait time begins once the flight has landed

After the complimentary period:

  • Additional wait time will be billed accordingly

4. Departure Drop-Offs

  • Clients are responsible for scheduling pickup times with enough time to reach the airport
  • We recommend:
    • 2 hours before domestic flights
    • 3 hours before international flights

We are not responsible for missed flights due to late bookings or insufficient travel time.


5. Delays & Traffic

While we strive to provide timely service:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:
    • Traffic congestion
    • Weather conditions
    • Airport security lines
    • Airline delays

Our chauffeurs always plan routes to minimize delays as much as possible.


6. No-Show Policy (Airport Pickups)

A passenger will be considered a no-show if:

  • They fail to contact the chauffeur within the waiting period
  • They do not arrive at the pickup location after flight landing
  • They leave the airport without notifying us

No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount


7. Luggage & Passenger Responsibility

  • Clients must select a vehicle that accommodates all passengers and luggage
  • Excess luggage may require a larger vehicle and additional charges
  • Onyx Limo Service is not responsible for items left in vehicles

8. Airport Fees & Tolls

  • Airport pickup fees, parking, and tolls may be included or added depending on the service
  • These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking
