Service Agreement & Booking Policy

Effective Date: December, 2024

By booking with Onyx Limo Service Chicago, you agree to the following Service Agreement & Booking Policy. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth, professional, and reliable experience for all clients.


1. Booking Requirements

  • All reservations must be made in advance and confirmed by our team
  • A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all bookings
  • Pricing is based on vehicle type, service duration, distance, and demand

2. Hourly Minimums

  • Certain services require a minimum number of hours depending on the vehicle and date
  • Special events such as weddings, proms, and weekends may require higher minimums
  • Unused time is non-refundable

3. Overtime & Additional Charges

  • Any service exceeding the scheduled time will be billed as overtime
  • Overtime rates may be charged in hourly increments
  • Additional charges may apply for:
    • Extra stops
    • Route changes
    • Waiting time beyond the included grace period

4. Waiting Time Policy

  • A complimentary grace period may be provided depending on the service type
  • Additional waiting time will be billed accordingly
  • For airport pickups, wait time may vary based on flight tracking and arrival conditions

5. Vehicle Use & Conduct

To maintain a high standard of service:

  • No smoking or illegal substances are allowed in any vehicle
  • Excessive mess, spills, or damage will result in additional charges
  • Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by the chauffeur

6. Cleaning & Damage Fees

  • A cleaning fee of $150–$300+ may be charged for excessive mess, spills, or bodily fluids
  • Any damage to the vehicle (interior or exterior) will be billed to the client
  • The client is responsible for the behavior of all passengers in their party

7. Vehicle Substitution

  • In rare cases, we reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value
  • This may occur due to maintenance, safety, or unforeseen circumstances

8. Airport Transfers

  • Flight tracking is used to adjust pickup times when applicable
  • Meet & greet services may be available upon request
  • Additional wait time beyond the included period may result in extra charges

9. Payment Terms

  • Full payment or deposit may be required prior to service
  • All charges must be authorized before service begins
  • Additional charges (overtime, damages, etc.) will be billed to the card on file

10. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:

  • Passenger behavior is unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate
  • There is risk of damage to the vehicle or driver
  • Terms of this agreement are violated

No refunds will be issued in such cases.
