Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Onyx Limo Service Chicago, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms for modifying or canceling your reservation.


1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the booking total

2. No-Show Policy

A reservation will be considered a no-show if:

  • The passenger does not arrive at the scheduled pickup location
  • The passenger cannot be reached after multiple contact attempts
  • The passenger fails to show within the allowed waiting time

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation


3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
  • Transaction or processing fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable

4. Booking Changes

  • Changes to reservations (time, location, vehicle type) must be requested at least 24 hours in advance
  • Last-minute changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges

5. Special Events & Peak Dates

  • Reservations for holidays, proms, weddings, and major events may require longer cancellation notice (48–72 hours)
  • These bookings may be non-refundable or subject to stricter policies

6. Delays & Service Interruptions

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Refunds will not be issued for delays due to these external factors

7. Company Cancellations

In rare cases where Onyx Limo Service must cancel a reservation:

  • You will receive a full refund
  • We may offer an alternative vehicle or service if available
